1. Determine Your Subject: Select the subject you want to write upon and then gather all the information on the related topic. Then make a note of the audience you are targeting with the information you have gathered. Many people start with one subject but end up on many subjects.
2. Keep It Simple and Easy: Do not write an article simply thinking that the readers will understand. Write in a language that even an ordinary person can easily read and understand.
3. Break Your Article into Small Paragraphs: Starting a fresh paragraph after every few sentences is good attempt. Paragraphs that are too long do not bind the message and often tend to lose the essence of the message intended to deliver to the reader.
4. Write in First Person: Your article should possess a conversational tone. Write as though you are speaking to the reader. This will make the article even more convincing.
5. Write on Most Talked about Article: Update yourself about the latest topics and issues on the Internet. Look at it from the view of a researcher and give weight accordingly.
6. Use Reliable Information: When you give facts and figures, do not use assumptions. Provide information only after you have done enough research on the article. It is better to provide no information than provide wrong information. Remember readers’ are here to know the fact and not know your assumptions.
7. Draw the Readers’ Attention: You just get few seconds to attract your reader. Be sure that your article has an apt and an attractive title. The title of the article proves to be the snare.
8. Be Concise: Your article should be direct and short. Make a careful selection of words that persuade the prospect to purchase your eBook or articles. However, a straightforward and dry copy serves more like an announcement, and you will hardly find any buyers.
9. Add Spice to the Article: You can use gripping phrases and words to attract the clients. Create a copy that is convincing and forceful. This will make a good impression of your article and they will feel it is a great offer.
10. Focus on the Benefits: Center your thoughts on the benefits of your article. Do not stick to certain aspects and specific features. Focus on one benefit that will make your writing easy and interesting.
